College grad. Army veteran. Love kids, animals, travel and fishing.
I have been listing, selling or building homes for over 20 years. I moved to Long Island from New England in 1993 so that my wife could assume a job she still holds as Professor of Biology at Suffolk Community College.
The homes I list for sale are primarily from referral sources....past customers, clients and their friends. I keep my personal listings to no more than 8 at a time so that I can give them my full attention. I'm always willing to do a free market analysis to help folks establish their home's current market value.
Unlike most agents, I devote a lot of my time to buyer relocations. Through my relationship with the Multiple Listing Service(MLS), I insure that buyers are made aware of ALL homes available in their price range, regardless of the real estate agency that the home is listed with. I have fun doing this. For an agent, accumulating listings is often a process of self-promotion and salesmanship whereas finding the perfect home for a buyer is more of an exciting "treasure hunt."
Even if you are just beginning to think about relocating to my area, I can help you understand just what you can hope to get for the money you can afford to spend. I can email you all available listings which fit your needs. If you want, I will set up an automatic email program that will make you aware of all new listings within 24 hrs. of their coming to market. I specifically tailor the email to what you need in terms of price, bedrooms, baths, home style, school district etc. If you come out to see homes in person we will do some "serious" exploring.
Please feel free to email me or call me on the phone. My cell number is 631-275-1303. I'd be happy to speak with you.....Paul.
